Managing Partner/Guest Presenter
John acquired a Bachelor’s Degree from The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree from Seton Hall University. He has built a track record for mobilizing communities by creating and growing educational, leadership and self-development programs. His summary of professional work includes Men Make A Difference (M²AD), which was created for Men to be empowered in their families, their communities, and their personal development. The initiative is being utilized by various Community Based Organizations as a mechanism to increase adult male involvement. John has also established himself as an authority in the construction of physical training programs designed especially to improve the physiological capabilities required to perform a given skill to increase the type of energy supply specific to working muscles. His Speed, Conditioning, Agility, Technique (SCAT) System is being used by coaches, trainers, athletes and sports camps throughout the country. In addition, he has been instrumental in counseling students for post-secondary participation. His multi-dimensional Student-Athlete Action Planner is grasping the attention of parents, school districts and athletic organizations. John also considers it a blessing that he has been able to use his time, talent and resources to serve in various leadership positions within the local church.
JBG Ventures is John’s vehicle for sharing a documented history of result-oriented projects with families, schools, organizations and communities that face endless challenges.
Managing Partner/Guest Presenter
Jacquelyn boasts 20 plus years of practical experience in education and management. She has a Master’s of Arts Degree in Teaching with the following certifications: P-3, Elementary Education, Supervisor and Principal. Currently, she is the Early Childhood Supervisor for the Orange Township Public Schools and the Building Administrator for the Orange Early Childhood Center. She supervises 58 classrooms and well over 100 staff members which includes teachers, paraprofessionals and support staff. She also coordinates local, state and federal mandates, monitors and provides oversight of the budget, and oversees curriculum and assessment implementation, as well as professional development of all staff.
A former world-class Track and Field athlete and a member of four NCAA Championship Teams, Jacquelyn additionally brings an extensive health and fitness background that strongly insures the ongoing success story for JGB Ventures and all its clients.
Associate Manager/Guest Presenter
Gyasi is the newest member of the JGB Ventures Team. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Music Education, as well as a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. He is also certified to teach K-12 Music. While at Lincoln, he was a member of the Concert Choir, Opera Workshop, and Chapel Band. He also served accompanying the choir and voice students in the studio. Gyasi’s theatrical background earned him roles as Andy in Scott Joplin’s opera Treemonisha, The Witch in Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, Sancho in Mitch Leigh’s Man of La, the Caliph in Robert Wright’s and George Forrest’s Kismet, and Toby in Menotti’s “The Medium”. As a collegiate, he was selected to sing in the Pennsylvania Collegiate Festival for three consecutive years and has traveled abroad to France, Italy, Malta and South Africa. Gyasi has composed and arranged pieces for solo voice and piano as well as SATB choirs. He most recently served as one of the front ensemble instructors with the West Orange High School Marching Mountaineers in West Orange, NJ and conducted pieces with both the Honors Chamber Choir and Jubilee Choirs. His future plans include obtaining the Master of Music in Choral Conducting and/or Music Theory and eventually a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Choral Conducting. Gyasi’s background as a musician, performer, composer and teacher provides an enormous sum of expandability to JGB Ventures and our clients.
